Upper Potomac Water Quality Monitoring Training – Frederick, MD

Join us for this in-person training to become a certified Community Science Water Quality Monitoring Program Volunteer!

During this training, you will learn about Potomac Riverkeeper Network’s role in preventing pollution in our watershed & the role of Community Science in our Swimmable Potomac Campaign, learn the field and lab methods for collecting and reading water quality samples, get hands-on experience practicing water sample collection and take our Community Science Water Quality Monitor Volunteer test to become certified within our program!
