Each year, Potomac Riverkeeper Network hosts a lineup of on-the-water experiences perfect for families and river enthusiasts.
These unique trips are the perfect opportunity to meet your Riverkeeper and see first-hand the work being done by them for the rivers. For 2026, we are bringing back our best and most anticipated trips year after year! These events are designed to build a deep and enduring appreciation for the Potomac & Shenandoah rivers.

Trips with Your Riverkeeper is a collaborative effort between the Potomac Riverkeeper Network (PRKN), sponsors and partners such as ICPRB, Nature Forward, and river outfitters. Our collective goal is to increase public appreciation of the rivers by promoting enjoyable river experiences. PRKN envisions a future where the Potomac and Shenandoah rivers, along with their tributaries, are restored to a healthy and safe state for all the plants, wildlife, and people that depend on them.
