Get ready to splash and dash with Potomac Riverkeeper Network
A brand new fundraising event to raise money for clean water!
In partnership with National Harbor, we are hosting a summer fun series of river events to engage our community on and off the river, all while you raise funds for your local rivers.
First, join us for a 5k or 10k along the beautiful National Harbor waterfront to kick off summer. Next, we are partnering with our friends at DCAC for a swim event at National Harbor – a unique opportunity to complete a swim challenge in the Potomac River!
If you complete both events in our Splash and Dash event, you will be awarded an honorary completion medal. The top 3 fundraisers for this event will receive prizes for their efforts in helping protect and restore our rivers!

Our collective goal is to increase public appreciation of the rivers by promoting enjoyable river experiences. PRKN envisions a future where the Potomac and Shenandoah rivers, along with their tributaries, are restored to a healthy and safe state for all the plants, wildlife, and people that depend on them.
