For Outdoor Enthusiasts

How do you river?

The Potomac and Shenandoah rivers and their tributaries provide us with so many resources, one of the most common being recreation. At PRKN we believe that when people enjoy recreating on their river, they grow a newfound love and appreciation for it — the river becomes theirs.

Annual Events on the Water

We fight for clean and safe rivers so everyone can enjoy their beauty freely. We host a number of events throughout the year, which connect our community with their river. From plunging in freezing temperatures, to paddling ghost fleets, to parading your boat in the name of clean water, there are so many ways to get out and enjoy your rivers with PRKN.
